Summer Day Camp 2025
We will be offering 8 weeks of Day Camp for 2025. Day Camp is perfect for kids age 5 to grade 5. It is a FULL day of FUN!
Campers come each day between 8:00am-5:00pm. It is a jammed-packed day full of activities like our Rock Wall, Kayaking, Hike, Archery, Obstacle Course, Swimming, and so much more!
Last year we launched a new initiative of an Overnight Option to coincide with each week of Day Camp, and we are excited to bring it back for 2025! Campers grade 2+ (completed) can choose to stay over the Thursday to Friday during each week of Day Camp they attend.
As well, coming NEW to 2025, we will be introducing Theme Fridays! Each Friday will be a different theme (ex. crazy hair day, twin day, backwards day, etc.) Details on Theme Fridays will be sent out in the info email for each week of Day Camp.
Here are the weeks we are offering Day Camp for 2025:
Week 1 - June 30-July 4 - $125 *NO Camp on Canada Day, Tuesday July 1
Week 2 - July 7-July 11 - $150
Week 3 - July 14-July 18 - $150
Week 4 - July 21-July 25 - $150
Week 5 - July 28-August 1 - $150
Week 6 - August 5-August 8 - $125 *NO Camp on NB Day, Monday August 4
Week 7 - August 11-August 15 - $150
Week 8 - August 18-August 22 - $150
Overnight Option - $30/week *Campers can only choose the Overnight Option for the week of camp they are already attending
Registration will open Friday, April 4th, at 9:00am. Spaces go on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a Wait List automatically set up for each week of Day Camp, so if you don't get registered, please add your child to the Wait List online.
Please read below our Cancellation Policy for 2025:
At the time of registration, you will be required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $15/child/week. You can choose to pay the total amount in full at time of registration, or you can choose to pay an installment for the remaining amount. If you choose the installment, it will automatically be set up to debit your method of payment (credit card or automatic bank withdrawal) on the Thursday before each week of camp. For example, if you register your child for week 2 of camp, and choose the installment, you will pay $15 at the time of registration, and then our system will automatically debit the remaining $135 on Thursday, July 3. We will not be accepting cash payments for registration on Monday mornings.
We understand that things come up, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to the Monday 2 weeks prior to the week of camp your child is registered for (see dates below*) and receive your money back, minus the $15 non-refundable deposit (if you only paid the deposit, we will simply cancel the installment for the remaining amount).
After the Monday 2 weeks prior to the week of camp your child is registered for, if you need to cancel, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee on top of the non-refundable $15 deposit. For example: Your child is scheduled to come Week 2, July 7-11. You cancel on June 26, and have only paid the $15 deposit. Your installment will be adjusted down to $50 instead of the full amount of $135, and will be debited to your method of payment Thursday, July 3. If you paid in full, we will refund $85 to your method of payment.
If you cancel after the Wednesday prior to the week of camp you are registered for, no refund will be issued.

We never want finances to be a reason why a child cannot attend camp. If you require financial assistance, please reach out, and we'd be happy to share our Campership Aid process with you.
