DAY CAMP 2024
Join us this Summer for 8 weeks of Day Camp!
Day Camp is for students age 5 (born in 2019) up to Grade 5. It's a great way for kids to come and enjoy all the fun camp has to offer, like our Rock Wall, Kayaking, Hikes, Obstacle Course, Mini Golf, Swimming, Jet Ski, Crafts, and so much more! The beauty of our Day Camp program is that kids then get to go home at the end of the day, eat supper with their family, and sleep in their own beds each night. It's a win-win!
This year, we're offering a NEW initiative, where students who have completed grades 2-5 can choose to stay over 1 night a week. Each Thursday-Friday, campers can stay at the end of our Day Camp program, eat supper together, play some extra games, do a campfire (weather permitting), and stay over in our cabins! We'll feed them breakfast, snack & lunch on Friday, so you don't have to worry about sending extra food with them. This is a great opportunity for kids to gain some independence without committing to a full week of overnight camp.
Drop-off is between 8:00-9:00am each day, and Pick-Up is between 4:30-5:00pm. Please try to have your kids to camp before 9 as our activities start right at 9:00am, and some of our activities are either off-site (hike down to Wilson's Point) or on the other end of our property (Obstacle Course), and we don't want them missing out!
Costs:
Week 1 - July 2-5 - $125/camper*
Week 2 - July 8-12 - $150/camper
Week 3 - July 15-19 - $150/camper
Week 4 - July 22-26 - $150/camper
Week 5 - July 29-Aug 2 - $150/camper
Week 6 - Aug 6-9 - $125/camper*
Week 7 - Aug 12-16 - $150/camper
Week 8 - Aug 19-23 - $150/camper
Overnight Option - $30/camper/week

We have decided to not do theme weeks this year, but instead to take some of our best activities from each of our previous theme weeks and incorporate them into each week of Day Camp! That way, you can choose the weeks that work best for you and your schedule/friends, and your child doesn't miss out!
We never want to see finances be a reason why a child cannot come to camp, so if you need some financial assistance, please go ahead and register your child for camp and only pay the deposit. Then you will email [email protected] and request a sponsorship application form. Once that is filled out and sent back to us, we can determine how we can help you out.
Cancellation Policy - UPDATED from 2023
At the time of registration, you will be required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $15/child/week. You can choose to pay the total amount in full at time of registration, or you can choose to pay an installment for the remaining amount. If you choose the installment, our system will automatically be set up to debit your method of payment (credit card or automatic bank withdrawal) on the Thursday before each week of camp. For example, if you register your child for week 2 of camp, and choose the installment, you will pay $15 at the time of registration, and then our system will automatically debit the remaining $135 on Thursday, July 4. We will not be accepting cash payments for registration on Monday mornings.
We understand that things come up, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to the Monday 2 weeks prior to the week of camp your child is registered for (see dates below*) and receive your money back, minus the $15 non-refundable deposit (if you only paid the deposit, we will simply cancel the installment for the remaining amount).
After the Monday 2 weeks prior to the week of camp your child is registered for, if you need to cancel, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee on top of the non-refundable $15 deposit. For example: Your child is scheduled to come Week 2, July 8-12. You cancel on June 26, and have only paid the $15 deposit. Your installment will be adjusted down to $50 instead of the full amount of $135, and will be debited to your method of payment Thursday, July 4. If you paid in full, we will refund $85 to your method of payment.
If you cancel after the Wednesday prior to the week of camp you are registered for, you will not receive a refund.
